This site is located North East of Edmonton’s rapidly expanding downtown core with convenient public transit access and proximity to all amenities. The immediate area is undergoing significant redevelopment with the recently completed Capital Health hospital, the new City of Edmonton Emergency Services building, and the long awaited $100M North Central Field House and Recreation Centre literally steps away. Bordering the North end of Edmonton’s Italian Community, the development will characterize the neighborhood’s rich cultural heritage.
