WebbCo International has acquired just under 2 acres in the beautiful community of Beaumont, a thriving city in the Greater Edmonton Region. Ideally situated just South of Edmonton and with easy access to Edmonton International Airport, Beaumont has enjoyed unprecedented growth over the past 5 years. This parcel is ideally located in the heart of downtown in this beautiful community.

WebbCo worked closely with Stantec Consulting and the Town of Beaumont in defining and implementing the Town’s new Central Area Redevelopment Plan, a master plan that outlines the development of their central area for the next 25 years. With that completed, zoning approval for our property was achieved in summer 2009.

This development, a mixed-use concept, will be boutique retail and services at street level, with unique condominiums above. It will highlight Beaumont’s French theme, and will define the Town’s vision for their central area.
