Dennis B. Blumenthal

Dennis Blumenthal has over 25 years experience in providing cross-border tax services to multi-national corporations, particularly with respect to inbound and outbound investments. He leads the cross-border tax services team in Pricewaterhouse Coopers’ Edmonton office. Dennis helps Edmonton based businesses be more successful by sharing knowledge in Canadian corporate and personal tax, U.S. tax, international and cross-border issues, business reorganization matters, acquisitions and divestitures, employee compensation and expatriate tax issues, and technology industry advisory services. Dennis has significant experience in a diverse range of businesses including life sciences, professional sports and entertainment, telecommunications, real estate, and computer software development. He has been successful in aiding the privatization of government negotiation with government officials on the favorable resolution of tax issues.

Dennis obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Alberta in 1975 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1977. Dennis received his Certified Public Accountant (Illinois, U.S.A.) designation in 2001.
