Lois Hole epitomized what a Hospital for Women can be. She brought dignity, kindness, a progressive spirit, a nurturing nature and a willingness to speak honestly from the heart. Most importantly, she brought hope. Since 1995, the Royal Alexandra Hospital has been the Edmonton region’s centre for comprehensive and high-risk care in obstetrics and gynecology. The Lois Hole Hospital for Women will offer a spectrum of specialized services, accepting complex cases from Edmonton, Northern Alberta, Western Canada, and the North. As a new hospital facility with state-of-the-art technology and a distinct profile, the centre will raise the profile of Women’s Health programs in Alberta and across Canada. Grant Macewan College

WebbCo International Inc. is proud to participate in Grant MacEwan College’s Business Field Placement Program as part of it’s Management Studies Program. After considerable requests following a successful lecture to this class, WebbCo assisted 3 students with their work placement component of their studies. Nina Haggerty Centre

WebbCo International Inc. is proud to be a corporate sponsor of Nina’s Cake Walk, in support of the Nina Haggerty Centre. The Centre is a public gallery that supports a collective of artists with disabilities, and is funded by the Stollery Charitable Foundation. The event featured 12 teams of 4, lead by some of Edmonton“s best chefs, who battled it out on the runway in a competition for best artistic presentation of a cake.
